Moe Quality Properties has a number of rental properties in the alpine community of Weed in far northern California. Weed is home to College of the Siskiyous and wonderful views of towering 14,162 foot Mount Shasta.Moe Quality Properties does not allow smoking or pets in its rentals. Usually a minimum 10-month lease is required. Carpets are professionally cleaned by Eagle Carpet Care (530-938-1466.)  For renters resources visit the California Apartment Association.
